Social Media for the Gourmet Pizza Company Firezza.

As one of London’s leading Italian pizza companies, Firezza wanted to continue their success and increase awareness and engagement across their social channels. We focused on two key channels to help them do this - Facebook and Instagram.

We created an ongoing social media strategy that focused on their uniqueness as specialists of authentic Neapolitan ingredients. We provided monthly content calendars, created copy/design and managed their active community.

Campaigns were focused around the launch of each seasonal menu with topics that included Veganuary, Summer Pizza Picnics, Christmas Advent and regular competitions. User-generated content played an important role within each campaign.

We increased Instagram followers by 219% adding 4.7k+ new followers and weekly impressions rose by 550% to an average of 4.2K+ impressions. Facebook followers saw an increase of 110% and post engagement saw a 210% rise to an average 1K+ weekly.

This growth helped boost pizza sales, even within the Summer months, and acquire new customers in locations where sales were more challenging. There was also a rise in organic brand advocates thanks to the competitions and user-generated shoutouts.
